It's Monday! What Are You Reading?!

"It's Monday! What Are You Reading?" is a weekly meme hosted by Book Journey where we share what we're reading and our goals for the week.

What I Read Last Week ...
This was the craziest week ... ever! With a snow/ice storm (totally NOT the norm for this southern gal!) that had me stranded away from home for about 24 hours, my review schedule got all out of whack. However, I was able to catch up a little toward the end of the week and finished these four books. All four were great (yet totally different from each other!)!

What I'm Reading Now ...
I'm ALMOST finished with Friend Me. Very, very good!

This is a really great listen so far!

What I Hope to Read This Week ...
I signed up for the Review Copy Cleanup this month, so I'm hoping to knock out quite a few review books this month! I'm hoping to get ahead for the reviews that are scheduled for the next two weeks this week. Quite a few books to read ... and I'm looking forward to ALL of these!

That's what I'm hoping to read this week. What are you reading?

  1. I found out this weekend that I won "Once Upon a Winter's Heart" and I am soooo excited to read that one soon as well! Right now I'm reading Wildwood Creek by Lisa Wingate! I've enjoyed it so far!

  2. In the last couple of days I finished reading "Picket Fence Pursuit", a Heartsong Presents novel by Jennifer Johnson. Today I finished an audio version of Tracie Peterson's "A Lady of High Regard".

Now I'm reading MaryLu Tyndall's "The Red Siren". I know I'm behind on her books, but am trying to catch up on her backlist. Since I've only read one other book by her I have quite a ways to go. I'm also re-reading Jane Austen's "Mansfield Park".

    1. I read "Picket Fence Pursuit" over the summer. Very cute story!

And I have had quite a few of MaryLu Tyndall's books on my wish-list for a while now ... and even have 3 on my shelf ... but haven't gotten to them quite yet. Maybe one day. :)

  3. First of all, how do you read that many books in one week? I'm blown away!
I've read Divergent (book1) and Insurgent (book2) in the Divergent series. Am getting ready to start the third book, but have other books I have to review first. I just downloaded Princess Ever After, can't wait to start it! You will like the Prayer Box by Lisa Wingate! I did! I hope you do too! - Julie

    1. Well ... I'm a VERY fast reader. And I was halfway through three of them before the week started. :)

My hubby is listening to Insurgent to and from work right now, and I'm planning to dive into the series soon. Definitely before the movie comes out!

Princess Ever After looks SO good! I hope you enjoy it!
