I tried a new dessert tonight: S'more Cups from Pampered Chef.
Scrumptious!!!
And my guests liked them too.
In the event that you are inclined to try this delicious dessert, here are a few things that I learned the hard way.
- Use paper muffin tin liners. I couldn't get mine to come out in one piece, so while tasty, the crust was a bit crumbly.
- I don't have all the fancy gadgets that Pampered Chef recommends. I used a melon baller to scoop the crust into the muffin tins and to smoosh it together. It worked great.
- The recipe instructs you to dip the s'mores into melted chocolate at the end. It also works to just dab a little on with a spoon.
Enjoy!

hmmm...those look great! Were they time consuming to make?
ReplyDeleteThey didn't take too long. There were several steps, but the actual hands-on time was only about 30 minutes. I was able to get a few other things done in between.
