It's time for a giveaway ... a "just because" giveaway!
Just because it's Wednesday ...
And I've had a long three or four weeks ....
And all I want is to gripe and complain about just about everything.
Just because I want to try out a new widget called Giveaway Tools ...
(Will you let me know what you think?)
Just because Warning Signs by Katy Lee is a GREAT book ...
And I want to share my copy with one of you!
About Warning Signs
GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT
When
a drug-smuggling ring rocks a small coastal town, the DEA sends Agent
Owen Matthews to shut it down. A single father with a deaf son, Owen
senses that the town's number one suspect—the high school's new
principal—doesn't fit the profile. Miriam Hunter hoped to shrug off the
stigma of her hearing impairment when she returned to Stepping Stones,
Maine. But her recurring nightmares dredge up old memories that could
prove her innocence—and uncover the truth behind a decades-old murder.
Yet Owen's help may not be enough when someone decides to keep Miriam
silenced—permanently.

(Will you let me know what you think about this new widget—especially if you've used Rafflecopter before? Pros? Cons? How does it compare? Thanks in advance!)
I had cataract surgery last week and I actually can see the deer at the back of our property without my glasses is neat
ReplyDeleteDorothy, so glad your surgery went well and that you can see so well now! It sounds like a beautiful sight on a fall morning.
DeleteI bought new clothes that were needed, something important I'd waited for finally came in the mail this week, I was able to finish every review I had planned for this month (7 books total and I lost a week being sick).....I bless God for all of that! Thanks for this just because giveaway, Brooke, this book is on my TBR list :) *the widget is very similar to rafflecopter....this one is easy to use and this one has lots of great options. good job*
ReplyDeleteNew clothes are always a treat ... whether for fun or because they're needed. And don't you just love when God shows off on the little things too?!
DeleteThanks so much for stopping by, Kara. You've blessed me with your comments (as usual!). Appreciate your thoughts on the widget as well.
We have been battling a virus and everyone is finally back on their feet and feeling better!
ReplyDeleteWoo hoo! Gotta love it when those virus germs finally leave! So glad your family is feeling better now!
DeleteThank you for sharing!! This is great!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely! I'll be honest ... reading everyone's comments have been just the pick-me-up I needed after a rough day. :)
DeleteThank you for sharing!! This is great!
ReplyDeleteThe greatest thing that's happened to me in the past week is rearranging my computer area...this has given me room to get my crafting supplies out of storage. I haven't been able to scrapbook or create cards since I was pregnant for my younger daughter...she was born in 2011. I feel so happy to be back doing something I really love, even if I'm not the best at it.
ReplyDeleteOh, that's great! So glad you're able to put your creative energy to good use in an updated, clean space. :)
DeleteOur church is having a revival next week... We've been praying about it a lot --- this month especially --- and it's just such a blessing to see God already at work in people's lives. Praying that He'll really touch people's hearts through this revival!
ReplyDeleteI'll be praying for your church over the next week. Can't wait to hear what the Lord does through this time in His Word!
DeleteThis is the first week I haven't had to take any blood pressure medicine. I've been on this medicine for eight years, but I have lost weight and eat very little salt now. I have to keep my blood pressure checked, but we're good this week. I'm on a fixed income and Praise the Lord, that's two medicines I don't have to buy.

That's fantastic! So glad your health has improved!
DeleteWe had fun at a pumpkin patch! The weather was great and we had a fun time.
ReplyDeleteBrittany McEuen
I've been seeing lots of pumpkin patch pictures on FB. Love family time!
DeleteThank you for your book giveaway offer! You've inspired the desire in me to create a book giveaway on my own book blog using Giveaway Tools... Now to decide which book to giveaway!
ReplyDeleteHow did you discover Giveaway Tools? How easy is it to use their site to host a giveaway? Do you still create a blog post, right? And then create your giveaway on Giveaway Tool and copy and past the info they give you on your blog?
I think I discovered Giveaway Tools through a few Bethany House giveaways. It's really easy to use, and there are even video tutorials on their site to walk you through the different steps of the setup. Once you plug everything in, you just copy and paste the html over to your site. Super easy! Can't wait to see what you decide to give away!
DeleteWe helped our granddaughter carve a pumpkin and made good family memories.
