What I Read Last Week ...
I finished my first non-fiction book for the year. So proud of myself for reading something that's fairly out of my comfort zone. :) LOVED A Noble Groom, and If the Shoe Fits and Duchess were pretty great too!
What I'm Reading Now ...
Briefly started It Happend at the Fair on Saturday. Intrigued by the story line but the odd dialect (is that what it is?) is grating on my nerves. Trying to keep my focus on the story. Has anyone read this? Have any encouragement for me?
What I Hope to Read This Week ...
This week is going to be super busy at work - getting ready for a huge event next week - so who knows how much time I'll have to read over the next two weeks. Here are a few that I'd love to at least get started on this week. Excited to read all three!

That was driving me crazy in It Happened at the Fair too, and it took me a bit to figure it out but it's actually due to the fact that he's losing his hearing so that is what those words sound like to him!
ReplyDeleteYou've got some great books on this list! I loved A Noble Groom and Duchess and It Happened at the Fair was pretty good as well. I'm dying to read When a Secret Kills and I'm looking forward to Once Upon a Prince too!
